Heat Transfer Enhancement through Different Heat Sink/Impinging Air Jet Parameters an Experimental Approach

In the present work, enhancement of thermal performance a central processor unit (CPU) cooling system through heat sink subjected to an impinging air jet is realized. The height duct, mode flow on sink, blowing and as well suction blow "pull" duct geometry are three important influence parameters phenomenon. results obtained show that H = 20mm, convergent 40mm in hair dryer tip provide further improvement technique. two preceding combined with fan improve by at least 11,2% compared initial configuration (marketed product), having characteristics (H 0mm, push mode). use converging conduit velocities from far exceed those best standard height, H=20 mm. That said, zone substantially achieved, which consequently improves removal this 19%.
